Reappointment of Dr. Michael Boda as Chief Electoral Officer for the Province of Saskatchewan

Earlier today, a unanimous motion was passed in the Legislative Assembly appointing me to a second term as Chief Electoral Officer for the Province of Saskatchewan.

In writing today, I want to tell you how grateful I have been to act in this role over the past nine years—serving our voters and all of you in our registered political parties. I am gratified that the opportunity to continue the important work of my office has been offered again for another term and look forward to working with you in the days ahead.

As Chief Official Agents, you are central to the success of your political parties and to liaising with Saskatchewan’s election management body. I want you to know how much I appreciate the chance to collaborate with you and work along side you in delivering our provincial elections, elections that are central to reinforcing democracy right here in Saskatchewan!

My office has shared the news release issued by the Legislative Assembly. You can find it here: https://www.elections.sk.ca/media/news-releases/dr-michael-boda-re-appointed-as-chief-electoral-officer/.

I look forward to sharing our plans for the coming electoral cycle over the coming months and into the new year.

Sincerely,

Dr. Michael Boda
