Event Delivery and Closedown is the theme of Elections Saskatchewan’s 2016-17 annual report, delivered today to the Saskatchewan Legislative Assembly.

“The 2016-17 annual report highlights the tremendous range of activity levels within Elections Saskatchewan for the period between April 1, 2016 and March 31, 2017,” says Dr. Michael Boda, Saskatchewan’s Chief Electoral Officer. “The fiscal year started during the final days of the 28th provincial general election campaign period. This report also includes the extensive range of close-down activities that are associated with each general election.”

Elections Saskatchewan is the province’s independent, impartial, professional election management body. Given a mandate from the Saskatchewan Legislative Assembly, it organizes, manages and oversees provincial electoral events.
