August 24, 2018 – More than 12,000 personalized voter information cards have been mailed to registered voters in the provincial constituency of Regina Northeast. These cards tell electors where and when to vote in the September 12 by-election.

Canada Post began mailing the cards today. They should arrive at homes of registered voters in Regina Northeast next week, well before advance voting begins on September 6.

If Regina Northeast electors do not receive a card in the mail by August 30, or if a card arrives but has wrong information, they should call 1-877-958-8683.

During advance voting, which runs September 6-10, all eligible voters can vote early at either of the two advance poll locations, the Regina Public Library (Glen Elm Branch) or Uplands Community Centre. Advance poll locations, dates and times are listed on the voter cards, and are also online here.

On September 12, electors can only vote at the assigned location listed on their card, or find your voting location using our poll finder tool.

To vote in this by-election you must:

  • Be a Canadian citizen;
  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Have lived in Saskatchewan February 16, 2018;
